Initial 30-minute discovery calls are complimentary. Full strategic sessions (60–90 min with custom analysis report) are reserved for serious buyers—no obligations, but I only work with clients who value depth over speed.

Perfect. I’ll audit your shortlist, stress-test assumptions, and either validate your choice with data—or show you blind spots you haven’t considered. Either way, you gain clarity.
How is this different from a developer sales team?
Developer teams are incentivized to sell their inventory. I’m incentivized to help you make the smartest decision—even if that means walking away from a launch or waiting 6 months. My loyalty is to outcome accuracy, not transaction speed.
Do you cover all new launches?
I focus on projects where data density is high and analysis adds material value—typically mid-to-high tier launches in Districts 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, and emerging growth districts. I decline projects I can’t analyze rigorously.
