What do I need to prepare before the session?
Email your shortlist to hello@askannalee.com at least 48 hours before the session. Include: project names or districts, unit types (1BR, 2BR, 3BR), budget range, investment goals, and any specific concerns. The more context you provide, the sharper the analysis.
What if I'm looking at resale, not new launches?
No problem. The methodology applies to both. I’ll analyze comparable sales, floor plan efficiency vs newer launches, stack position value, resale liquidity scores, and upcoming supply impact. Many older units have better layouts than new launches.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated as I prepare your custom analysis in advance.
